Salvo Jam, Bel Aire jumps, Somerset West, South Africa

Yesterday I went to the Salvo Jam in Somerset West. The level of riding was just insane!

I was taking some snaps, sat in the forest and chatted to my buddies and some new buddies. It was so cool to see that the level of photography in this game grew soooo much. Every second guy had a camera and played around with flashes. The next generation of photographers is going to kick so much ass its unreal. The last time I took BMX photos was a good couple of years ago and I was basically the only one documenting our mad sessions we had with good old film. It was cool to shoot some good old riding again, after all this is where my professional career started.

Check out this last photo, it was a bunch of kids setting up a video camera on a rope that followed the riders while they jumped, mad!

Thanks Tobie.
